During my stay, the service was incredibly inconsistent, which was frustrating. I had high expectations based on the hotel's online presence, but the reality fell short. The breakfast system was unclear, leading to delays that made mornings stressful, and it felt like they were unprepared for guests' needs.

never have I experienced such outdated accommodations! the bedding looked and felt like it belonged in a dumpster from the 1950s. I would have at least expected a warm welcome gift for the lack of hot water. breakfast was laughably slow—clearly, they weren't prepared at all. almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The beautifully decorated interiors and comfortable facilities made our stay quite pleasant. The garden, a tropical paradise, quickly became our favorite spot for relaxation. Dining was another highlight. each meal prepared was delightful. However, the breakfast system needs clarity. ordering the night before felt restrictive. An upgrade on the laundry service could improve guests' experiences as well, as some detergent odors lingered on clothes after washing. Overall, a wonderful retreat, just a few areas for improvement.

The turn-down service and hot water bottle in bed were charming touches. Don't miss the 5-course dinner experience. every dish was beautifully presented!
